Thrive Together Community CIC exists to strengthen communities and empower people through creativity, education, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement. Our work is rooted in the belief that everyone, regardless of age, background, ability, or circumstance, deserves opportunities to learn, connect, contribute, and thrive.
We support young people, families, schools, charities, community organisations, and local communities by delivering projects that encourage wellbeing, resilience, creativity, and positive engagement. Every initiative is shaped by listening to communities, understanding local needs, and working collaboratively to create lasting opportunities.
Our work includes:
• Creative writing workshops, author visits, and educational programmes for schools and community settings.
• Books, storytelling resources, and creative activities that promote literacy, wellbeing, resilience, inclusion, and positive choices.
• Community engagement projects that reduce isolation, encourage participation, and strengthen community connections.
• Partnership projects that bring organisations and communities together to develop meaningful local initiatives.
• Professional grant writing, project development, and sustainability support for charities, community groups, and Community Interest Companies.
We are committed to creating welcoming, inclusive opportunities for those who may face barriers to participation, including individuals and communities affected by hardship, inequality, social isolation, trauma, or disadvantage. Our work is guided by a person-centred, strengths-based approach that values dignity, respect, and the unique experiences of every individual.
Any surplus generated by Thrive Together Community CIC is reinvested into our community benefit activities. This includes developing educational resources, publishing books, delivering workshops and community projects, supporting new initiatives, and helping organisations access funding that increases their impact.
As a registered Community Interest Company, we are independently governed and committed to delivering lasting public benefit. We work collaboratively with schools, charities, community organisations, local authorities, and funding partners who share our vision of stronger, more connected, and more inclusive communities.
