Community Benefit Statement
Thrive Together Community CIC exists to strengthen and empower communities through creativity, education, and inclusion. Our work is rooted in a deep belief that everyone — regardless of background, ability, or circumstance — deserves access to opportunities that help them grow, connect, and thrive.
We support children, families, schools, and grassroots charities by offering a range of community-focused services, including:
- Creative writing workshops and author visits for schools
- Free and low-cost educational resources promoting resilience, literacy, and wellbeing
- Partnership projects that uplift marginalised voices and provide real opportunities for engagement
- Grant writing and sustainability support for small charities and CICs delivering vital local services
Our community work prioritises people affected by hardship, trauma, inequality, and exclusion, including those impacted by domestic abuse, homelessness, and systemic barriers. We take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in everything we do.
We reinvest our surplus into creating and distributing books, delivering outreach sessions, and helping others access essential funding to expand their social impact. We also create original books and toolkits that reflect lived experience, promote healing, and celebrate kindness, diversity, and connection.
We are proudly registered as a Community Interest Company and governed by a commitment to public benefit. Our mission is not only to serve, but to help others serve too.
Thrive Together Community CIC is a small organisation with a big heart, working at the grassroots to build stronger, more creative, and more compassionate communities.
